Seller Privacy & Data Use Addendum

By selling on NontoxicEarth, sellers agree to:

  1. Use buyer personal information only to fulfill orders and provide customer support
  2. Not add buyers to marketing lists without explicit consent
  3. Not sell, share, or misuse buyer data
  4. Comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws
  5. Secure buyer data and delete it when no longer needed

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.
